The Emerald Tablets

The Emerald Tablets

Darkness & Light…each arose from the source of all.

Have you heard of the Emerald Tablets?

The Emerald Tablets are a mysterious set of ancient wisdom which speaks transmutation and the ways of the universe.  The origin of the tablets are unknown but yet the author is transcribed as being Hermes Trismegistus or Thoth the Egyptian God.  They were said to have been discovered in a vault below the statue of Hermes in Tyana, Turkey.

I’ve read the transcripts of the Emerald Tablets and find much truth to them not to mention the fascination of its written language.  It was the source of Hermetic/a as well as the inspiration to many European alchemists.  Much art was created from these teachings as well as the Ritman Library in the Netherlands which revolves around the ancient truth of Hermetica.  It is one of the main sources of occult knowledge and secret societies. , Roger Bacon, Michael Maier, Aleister Crowley, Albertus Magnus, and Isaac Newton and many others were highly influenced by this occult set of teachings.

Crystal inks provides a translation of the tablets that I highly recommend reading if you are into ancient truth in wisdom, The Emerald Tablets.

Since I was inspired by these teachings I created a shirt to sell in my store, Rebel Seed Clothing.

I’m Still Here!

Woohoo I guess I took too much time off from this blog.  Going to try and post more stuff and keep up on it.  I have been putting a ton of time in my clothing company  I will admit that it has been such a wonderful creative experience selling my designs on clothing.  In fact if you are a designer, I highly recommend doing it.

As we can see, more and more large retailers are closing their doors or shutting down their stores.  It makes me think that people are more interested in buying from the little guy over huge multi billion dollar corporations.  Plus it allows one to sport more unique threads rather than wearing what everyone else is wearing.  Just my opinion.

I’ve been working on some projects for some of my clients including Kandoo Fundraising, Deodorant Stones of America, The Traveling Cup in Phoenix, Score! Fundraising, as well as a slew of local projects.  Of course I am always down for some more challenges and am grateful for more work.

A huge chunk of my time has been occupied with creating material for Nothing but Noodles in both Charlotte, NC and Hunstville, AL.  Love, love, love working with this company.  It allows me to be diverse in my creativity and the restaurant owners are just remarkable people.  If you live near a Nothing but Noodles do try it out! I always get hungry when I work with high resolution images of their amazing dishes.

So, I made this image of the spiritual beauty, Gabrielle Bernstein to decorate this post with.

Tata for now!

New Studio!

Dre’s Graphics has a new studio in Reno!  I moved from the comforts of my own home into an actual brick and mortar location.  The studio opened up about a month ago and it has been busy, busy around here.  Dre’s is partners with Scorpius Tactical and it has been nothing short of amazing.  Submersing myself in the community is what needed to be done to grow the business. This is a very exciting time and if you are in the Reno are please stop in and say hi!

I am currently working on a new clothing line called Rebel Seed Clothing.  The clothing line focuses on Freedom, Rebellion and our Constitutional rights.  It’s about spreading awareness as well as providing top notch designs of American made clothing to rebellious souls. If this sounds interesting to you please check out some of the designs here located on the Scorpius Tactical website. I love feedback and new ideas if you want to contribute!

New Site!

Woohoo! I am so excited! I updated my website from the old layout.  I took on the trendy style of the one pager which is by far, way more modern than navigating through different pages.  The viewer can still jump around thanks to the menu bar at the top.  Please check it out when you have a moment and let me know your thoughts.  Much love!

Starling Shine

Whew I’m back! The holidays were a busy time in which I temporarily abandoned my posts.

The image above I created from some starlings right outside my window.  I got a new Wacom 24HD monitor and created this with it.

Lots of love!
